Meg Guess / Amy Kuschel Fashion Show

Last night, I had the pleasure of shooting a Meg Guess Fashion Show.

After the show, we had a little fun shooting some fashion editorial images of some of the models (images following slideshow).

National Meg Guess Day

Ok it is in my book anyway. Today is the 1 year anniversary of Meg Guess Couture boutique opening in MidTown OKC. She had been in business for a while before that but the new boutique has now been a gem in the city for a year now. This isn't just another vendor that I work with, Meg shares the same passion for quality, industry friendships and both personal and professional values that make her a joy to work (and chat) with.

The following are some images from the last year and a half from when we have worked together from weddings to fashion shoots. Some you may have seen on here before, some are previously unposted.

Meg, Congrats on such amazing fashion design as well as crafting a top of the line business to go along with it. Best Wishes for an even better 2009!

The next several are from a wedding with the bride in a custom Meg Guess Gown. Check out how happy she is to see herself in her custom gown. This is one of my favorite memories from the year. Joanna was so over the top excited. As as guy, I caught a little glimpse of how worth it is for brides to get EXACTLY what they want for the wedding dress.

My most recent Meg Guess bride, Ashley Vaughn. She cracked me up at our consultation. She said she found me through hearing about me from Meg. She said, "I do everything Meg Says!!!"

Margrette & Hai // Wedding Preview and Engagement Photos

I loved the culture and creativity of Margrette and Hai's wedding last week. Here are some of their stylin' engagement photos, a couple bridal photos and a little wedding preview.

Fox 25 OKC TV appearance.

I had the priviledge to join Meg Guess and Sharon Tabb again this morning for their appearances on FOX 25 Morning Show. The show did several segments on fall wedding tips with today's setting being "elegant" at Red Prime Steakhouse. The environs looked amazing as did the models and dresses of course. More to come hopefully but here are a couple images from the quick shoot.

Model Shoot for FOX 25 OKC

I shot these this morning (crazy early...thats the sun coming up) for Meg Guess and Sharon Tabb. These fashionistas are so super talented.

I have another shoot with them tomorrow morning and I think I am supposed to get a cameo on the news segment on that one.

Megan /bridal fashion/ updated with new photos

I have been dying to post these for a couple months since we shot them. Megan and Jarad had their nuptials on Sat so I can now!!

I was a beautiful but windy day in May when we shot these. I think Megan pulled off the wind-in-the-hair-model-thing quite well! You fashion photogs in Holllywood who rent big fans for the same effect, just come here, it's always like this. :)

I'll be blogging their fairy tale wedding in the coming days.

This last one we wrapped in a gorgeous Roma Moulding for the reception. Stylin' !

Tara // bridal fashion

At Tara & Craig's wedding last Friday, a friend jumped up to the mic after a few toasts, (after starting with "let's all get crunk in this place tonight" -HA HA :)-He said Tara was "like the nicest person on the planet." I have to agree. She and her family have been a joy to work with for the last year for planning, engagement and bridal shoots. As you will see below, Tara also happens to be stunningly beautiful.

We had the wonderful fortune of shooting at Bob & Sharon May's residence in Gaillardia (family friends of the Knights) and then up to the Clubhouse.

Enjoy them and at the end there is a surprise!!!

The last two are my first ever posted images using textured layers. The first one is a texture I captured the other day just around the corner from my house. The second is from the exterior walls of the clubhouse she is in front of.

What do you think of this new addition to my style?

Ashley's Bridal Shoot

We shot these just a few days before the wedding at The Colcord Hotel. The staff there has continually been so accommodating and helpful. What a great place! Go stay there! Or use it for any wedding events. Ronda is the new events director (who I just met) and seems to be great to work with.

Tara's Bridal Photos

We shot these back in October and I have been really looking forward to showing them off. We also produced a Bridal Fashion Book (you'll have to ask Tara to see it) and of course a beautiful custom framed print for the reception. I am so satisfied with the great hand crafted companies I have found to produce such great products.
